Many, many happy returns of the day. Have a wonderful day. 🎂🎁🎉
Happy birthday x
Happy birthday!
Keep as fit and active as you're able, eat as well as you're able - and have fun! At 19, the world's your oyster - go out and grab it!
xx Moy
Happy Birthday. Don't get any older 😉 xx

Happy Birthday B🎶🎶
Make the best of all your life, as cannot go back and try again. I will admit, that at 70, I am well aware that most of the good advice I was given when younger, I did not listen to.
do have a lovely birthday
happy birthday! I’m 24 and happy to help as well
Many Happy Returns. Go out, party, buy nice clothes and even very silly clothes, dance as much as you can. Don't let lung problems stop you having fun. xxx
Happy Birthday. My husband worked in the UAE and we lived in Ras Khaimah then Dubai. Spent 38yrs overseas. My children went to school in Jumeirah American school. xxSheila 💕⚘
Happy birthday! Eat, drink (stay hydrated!) and sleep well! Think positive and do the things you can do to the max! 👍
As an 19 year old PT student, you’ve got many medical conditions and there are other, more experienced, members here to advise you about them (if you say which you need advice on). But, from a ’mental health’ perspective, you might consider changing your member ID to something a bit more positive; something that doesn’t define you as always a ‘sufferer’. Your mental outlook has a big effect on how you feel, and that might be a valuable first step for you.
Happy 19th Birthday! I would have to echo Lee_Scoresby's advice. When I was initially diagnosed with lung cancer, the first advice my doctor gave me was to keep a positive attitude. Your 'self talk' is a prime instigator.
Happy Birthday oh to be 19 again, look after yourself hip hip Hooray
Hope you enjoyed your birthday!
Live your life to the full, enjoy each day.
Be gentle with yourself when your illness impedes your abaility to do things.
Be informed. That way you know how to live with this 'univited guest' (long term health issues) in the best way for you both.
Ask for help when you need it. If you don't get the help you need first time, widen out your search for help and support.
Look after your mental health by finding the things you CAN do which you give you pleasure.
Keep a gratitude diary. At the end of each day write down the things which have given you pleasure e.g. a cold drink when you were hot and thirsty, a kindness from a friend, music, a book, encouraging words. Then when you have a day you feel down you can go back and read all the things which are good in your life.
