Is anyone else struggling to get payment from Baywater for their home oxygen machine. I have phoned them twice and nothing so far, this is very troubling.

They read the machines 3 times a year I believe. I have never had any problems with payment or service from Baywater.

I don’t even know when ours are due they just seem to come at random times 🤷🏻‍♀️ What I can say is we found the previous suppliers much , much better . The service was very poor when Baywater first gained the contract , all the drivers who had worked for the previous supplier were complaining It has improved but the cannulas etc are very poor quality , tend to twist , knot up and disrupt the flow of O2 . 🙄
