DOES ANYONE ELSE SHOWER TO CLEAR THEIR LUNGS AFTER USING SALINE AND VEST?

That is all i have found that works for me. Any advice appreciated as it is a lot of work w a Pikk line iv in my arm.

I use saline and the vest but do not shower afterwards. It makes sense though I think I'll give it a try.

Geez I would sure like to know what the "vest" is all about! My lungs are very bad, had a large mass in right lung bigger than a cell phone in size, originally was told it was fibrosis, but newer better MD said no, it is large abcess and had me on some serious antibiotics for a month. I do have bad COPD and MS among a long list of other negative conditions and it is hard for me to get crud out of my lungs, so to know about a vest might just make my day! Hope you find your answers as well.

That does seem like alot of work Lapis5 but if it clears your chest you have a good benefit from doing this, its also nice to be clean for the day. I hope you are managing ok living alone and that you have friends and family popping in to help x
