Feel the same way. Some days are worse than others, some nights are just the same as the days. Mine is coupled with coughing and bringing up phlem, loads of it, and burping. Goes on for ages that I just can't get a breath and now drastically reducing my mobility.

no real pain but it’s like say my lungs need 100 per cent oxygen amd only 20 per cent goes on and is used up instantly so I’m always looking to get air in the lungs

Sometimes, when it's really humid.

I get it occasionally. I use a hand held fan to my mouth or my nebuliser. Try not to be too active. Hope it's just temporary and gets better.

I sleep with a fan about 2 foot from my face I find this helps although people say it’s no so good for asthmatics

I dont have this all day everyday, but have noticed this last few weeks that I am gasping a bit more and have put this down to not having enough walks. The weather has been too hot to walk around but I feel that not moving around isnt exercising my heart and lungs so am making an effort to walk more now that the weather is cooling down. Sounds like you should have a talk with your doctor x
