Vacs ,coughs and colds

I have ILD,this year I've had my flu , Pneumonia, COVID and booster jabs ,in the past 20 odd year I've had terrible colds sometimes twice a year which have taken over 2,/3 weeks to get over this year I've just got over a head cold in 5days I wonder if it's the amount of vacs I've had or is it just luck has anyone else experienced this

I couldn't honestly say whether this short lived cold is because of the vaccines or not, I suspect that it may just be luck, but it must be quite a relief to you that you have recovered so quickly. Hope you stay well now.

You're obviously pretty tough. Perhaps the cold recognised this and just slunk away. Alternatively they say we get fewer colds as we get older. Perhaps you had some antibodies from a similar cold, which swung into action and polished this one off.
