Helpline closure over the Christmas period

Hello everyone and I hope you are having a good day so far.

The helpline will be closed from 2pm on the 24th December and will re-open on the 4th of January 2022. The information on our website will still be available to view as usual (link below)

If you need urgent medical advice during the festive period, do contact NHS 111 or 999 in an emergency. You can also find information on accessing medical support here-

The forum will continue to be monitored as normal, so if you have any concerns do send your reports in the usual way.
