Hi all,

Cold weather can trigger a flare-up of your symptoms and make you more vulnerable to illnesses. But there are things you can do to look after your lungs this winter. Our information on Keeping well in the cold can be found here blf.org.uk/support-for-you/...

Quite tempted by this cosy looking hat, but whether I could breathe in it is another matter! bluesunset.co.uk/collection...

Heck Hanne, I certainly couldn't breathe with that over my mouth and nose!

How warm the house had been source of some conflict for me. I can't do with it warmer than 18 degrees C and always have windows slightly open, even my bedroom window at night. Hubby feels the cold though but this year is being very good as he knows I struggle with too much heat. Fortunately we have separate bedrooms now so he can have his as warm as he likes but that's not much help during the day for him!
