Low sodium levels

Hi has anyone else suffered from low sodium levels after covid. I was taken to hospital for fluids after vomiting for days. I'm home now and have to wait for levels to rise. I feel terrible. Will I ever get better.

Low sodium levels will normally self correcting and fairly common after vomitting for long periods. Hopefully you will feel better soon.

This is going to sound really, really stupid, but it really did happen. My dad had low sodium and the doctor told me she could prescribe for him or he could eat crisps.I’ll leave it there 😁

It does not seem stupid as my brother suggested eating crisps. Anything that's salty. Thanks

Bring on the smoked salmon, kippers and tinned sardines in brine. And cheese
