No idea as when something’s gone, it’s gone. You could check drafts but other than that I’ve no clue. Xxx🤔
I suspect that once it's gone it's gone. There is no draft facility here as you may have with an email for example. You will likely have to start again.
I swear loudly, find a chocolate (if I have any) and decide whether or not I want to do it all again. So no help to you at all.

Yes, when it's gone it's gone I'm afraid. The back button on my tablet is at the bottom of the screen, I'm always catching it with my pinkie joint so the air is blue when I lose my waffle. P
For a lot of problems like this Ctrl + z can be a life saver.
Have you tried typing your answer but into a Word Processing programme first (remembering to save it regularly!) and when you are happy with it copy and paste the text.
