Sore throat with nebuliser

I’ve just started using a saline nebuliser and have found it’s giving me a sore/dried out throat. I’m making sure I drink lots of water after use but I’m still having some issues. Is there anything recommended to reduce these issues? Thanks!

Try drinking a couple of mouthfuls of orange juice after to rinse the throat, and then some water to wash the fruit juice acid from your teeth.
