Hi, Mike. By CB, do you mean chronic bronchitis? I have emphysema rather than CB, but it is always made worse by GERD. This is because the acid fumes and the acid regurgitating from the stomach can burn the tissues in the windpipe as well as the gullet because they are both connected at the top. If your doctor has given you medication for GERD, do take it as it will help.
