Pulmonary Rehab on Zoom

Are there any online zoom pulmonary rehab classes. Or would anyone here want to join or be involved in starting one?

I know I should exercise and stay active but I'm struggling with fatigue and lack of motivation. I think a regular zoom group would help me and others.

Any suggestions and comments welcome.

I have just finished a virtual pulmonary rehab course, it helped loads. We did it on Microsoft Team's. Ask your local COPD team to put you forward. I'm in Worcester UK and they are doing the courses online untill it's safe to return to normal. The course is very good. Good luck.

Check with your GP or respiratory nurse / physio.

Also check BLFs pages there could be a Breathe Easy group in your area who are continuing with zoom.

I was given access to the NHS "my mhealth" App by my Respiratory Team, which is an online PR course, among other things
