Today for me as been a day of revelation and contemplation of resolution without persecution , a time of thoughts of the past present and possible future . Only one person knows what is in store for us but I hope we each find our place of peace and happiness

One thing always amazes about folks from the UK they complain about the weather in the UK being wet and cold and how much they look forward to holidays abroad I know cos I was one of them 😂 but after a week of a two week holiday the complaints start about it being too hot to enjoy 😂😂 but the thing that amazes me most with younger Brits they come like to Greece spend all their time in bars and clubs then go home surly it would make more sense and a damn site cheaper to buy a few cans each day from the supermarket and sit at home 😂😂😂😂

I'm fine honestly today I have had an exceptional day and my heart as been lifted and for the first time in five years I actually feel totally at peace with the world .

Being at peace with yourself is everything, acceptance of what is is the most liberating thing and being thankful for what’s good in our lives brings real joy. In you’re case it’s maybe star gazing in mine it sitting comfortably in my small summerhouse with my two dogs in perfect silence watching the rain as I am now . Poor health in ourselves or our loved ones certainly brings clarity to what’s actually important in this life 🌈🌟😌
