Sorry I can't help. I've never come across this gadget, though I know there are people on this forum who find saline useful.
I find a saline nasal wash very helpful when I get mucus build up in the sinuses, especially if I have a cold, or my nose gets clogged up for no reason.
Thank you you are the only one with a positive reply now i now im OK with Net i pot
I've not been able to source a neti pot locally, so I'm just using a saline bottle with a spring action, designed for children but OK for adults, which was all my chemist had in stock. From other posts on here, it sounds like the neti pot is the rolls royce of nasal rinses, where my original technique of adding salt to a basinful of water and sniffing that up my nose, is the Trotter's Reiant Supervan version.
I use the NeilMed sinus rinse, which you can get on the internet. Is it the same sort of thing? If so, I was prescribed this by my consultant so it must be ok!
