Bedroom 82 'F last night 76'F this morning I usually get up early to open all windowsuntil sun comes round then close window and pull curtains across until sun has moved round in late afternoon,. It has always worked before , but it is hotter this year . Have fan but that just moves the air around.i have air pumped from cool ground floor to bedroom but the ground floor is getting warmer each day. Will have to take duvet to sleep in hall! Is this a taster of what is to come .
It’s too hot for me. I’m trying hard to keep cool. The trouble in England is that 30 degrees is so hot and humid that it is unbearable. I know some people like it but it’s not me.
It's way too much for me now! My anxiety levels are going through the roof as I'm finding it so hard to breathe and bordering on panic. I'm swathed in wet towels at the moment!
Hopefully it wont be much longer now. It looks like rain for most of the country over the weekend.
