At present I’m on fostair twice a day , and salbutamol when required ,consultant put me on montelukast over 4 months ago ,only thing I get from that I think is bad dreams , asthma nurse wants to try me on carbocistene , does anyone find using these together helps their asthma ,I should also say my ct scan shows small airway disease ,,,

Yes carbocysteine gd for loosening mucous so it's easier to get up.good choice of appropriate meds and puffers for u.hope they help u
Hello tucker, montekulast can invoke bad dreams in some people but it's very good for mould allergies.
I also take Carbocysteine and Montelukast, successfully. Fostair works so well for me i rarely need salbutamol!
