For the last four months I have been keeping a note of the utterly insane reasons many people have been giving IN PUBLIC INTERVIEWS for NOT having the Covid Vaccine . here is a selection = , 1, IT WILL MAKE YOU GO BLIND , 2, YOUR DNA WILL BE ALTERED , 3, ITS MADE OF PIGS MEAT .. 4, , IF A LADY , YOUR NIPPLES WILL BECOME EXTREMELY SORE , 5, THERE IS MICRO CHIP MATERIAL INCLUDED FOR GOVERNMENT CONTROL , 6, YOU MAY BECOME PARALYSED ...............................AND HERE IS THE MOST BIZARRE REASEN OF ALL ..........=........ 7 , YOUR PENIS WILL SHRINK !! ( WE ALL PAUSE TO LAUGH !!! ) , OOH DEAR !! , -= I AM DUE TO HAVE MY INJECTION THIS COMING FRIDAY MORNING ......... SO I'ME GOING ALONG IN MY WHEELCHAIR , WITH MY BACON SANDWICHES AND ....... A TAPE MEASURE !!! ... WISH ME LUCK FOLKS PLEASE ! .

I Tend to call everyone "Hun" my Northern endearment, like a "Hug" .
To Calm the situation here, I have this Morning had my Palliative Care Nurse "Joanne" to Visit me, She is wonderful and explained the " End of Life" Process that I am Experiencing, we talked for over an Hour & I feel much more relaxed and now understand the Phases I am Going through, whether it be 3/6/12 Months, I can call on her any Time. We have, with Colin Started to Put a Plan in Place. I am so Grateful For The NHS training these Palliative care Nurses.

Very wise words. Been doing some school stuff with 5 year old grandson about feelings and how peoples words can make you feel and understanding that when people are mean its because they are not happy people and put people down to make themselves feel better..a lesson for 5 year old is lesson many grown ups have not learnt. With love we can get through anything. So.pleased you have good support around you. I've been privileged to be with many patients near end of life. Dont want to preach to you but some people find comfort from their faith.. know that path is not for everyone. Hope your days are filled with love and know your calming comments are a blessing to.people.With love and best wishes sue x

yes I find light hearted humour does not intentionally want to offend others.
Many people would be very upset by shouting in the community and the uncalled for negative reaction it seems to have when someone speaks out about something that can be offensive to others.
Really its not helping a good community atmosphere, its actually very destructive to a good community atmosphere. I hope you can appreciate this.
What I don't appreciate is self-appointed 'forum police' going around pointing out people's foibles, humiliating and rediculing - that is what I call offensive behaviour. Uncalled for negative reaction - as long as you're exempt from that accusation it would seem to me!

Before you castigate others for their poor keyboard skills perhaps you could acquaint yourself with the correct use of apostrophes?
It's unfortunate but it does appear that a lot of your responses, in this instance and indeed many others, DO seem to have an 'edge' to them. Now it may just be that you are blunt and that is something I will have to accept about YOU but you do come across as quite confrontational? Now, i'm not shouting, merely using capitals to emphasise a word because I don't have italics. And while we're on, those who are offended and sensitive (?!) should perhaps save it for being PHYSICALLY shouted at and not by mere letters on a screen.

We don't need the extra aggro particularly at the moment, Vittorio may only have one finger, he may have chronic arthritis what does it matter and no one has been bothered to point it out before 😘

Hi Vitoria, id laugh if it wasn’t so downright sad. I heard some people being stopped by Tv reporters and asked why they did not want to be vaccinated and that’s exactly the things they were saying. So much bad information out there that some frightened and misinformed people are taking to be true. Congrats on having a day for your vaccine xx

Loved the list of excuses. People will always find reasons for doing things they don't want to. Amazing how many people are scared of a vaccine's little prick.
