I cannot pull the canulas on my self fill bottles off to renew them. They are on tight. Any advice? Can I use pliers?

hige i use a small pair of pliers to get mine of and no damage. goog luck

You could use a pair of pliers easy enough but before you fit the Canular to the bottle put a little bit of washing up liquid or vaseline on it should do the trick
But wouldn't that mean that the new cannula would keep slipping off?

Warming the pipe may help. a hot flannel would warm and soften the pipes
There’s a little white gadget that the oxy supplies can give you. I had the same problem and when I reported it the white attachment was posted out to me. It makes a difference so worth enquiring.
