RE 2nd Jab

My second vaccine is due this Thursday 7th January. I have got serious respiratory problems. Will my second jab go ahead or will I have to wait 3 months? The Government have made, a sort of decision, which is being opposed by many organizations and individuals, so where does that leave me and others who are similarly placed? I have not had a letter cancelling the second vaccine so do I turn up at the hospital?

I’ve no idea skipwork. I’d phone the hospital if possible and try and find out where you stand. Xxxx

I'd love to phone the hospital. No chance. They are too busy to answer. I've tried in the past re other matters. My best chance is PALS.

It seems to be a continual changing of minds and the health advisors to the government are getting ignored.I have severe COPD, and over 65, I have no idea when what or may have a real positive schedule for vaccination as it keeps changing.

Now I think, to hang I`ll just wait in my wee corner until either I expire or get sorted... I don`t say poor me, I wait till the right time and emerge re-invigorated ready to ask more questions.

Problem is, covidiots and altering opinions, the people that think they are super beings and cant catch or infect others and really still no clear direction.

Like so many I have been shielding since February 2020, now I hear mid March I could get the first of two jags.

I cant blame Boris for that, I`m in Scotland and there is a lot going on which I don`t agree with.....................................................BUT, I`m stuck with for now!

My sister has the same problem she lives in Manchester and was told that if she'd been given a date for her 2nd jab then she should still attend ..it's those that haven't go a date will be having to wait longer. Xxx

You are one of the lucky ones! I also am in the "very vulnerable" section, I have not heard a dickey bird from our health centre, nor indeed has anyone else in this area! So, I wouldn't worry at the moment.

I would turn up too unless you otherwise have a call to say it’s been cancelled! Hope all goes well!
