After months of being shielded, taking all the precautions and two lockdowns. I'm going for my vaccine tomorrow ππ I don't know how anyone else feels but I'm so pleased. I know I still have to take all precautions and follow the rules. I would never knowingly put anyone at risk .....but In a few weeks
1. I will be a little bit safer from this horrendous virus.
2. I will be able to see my grandchildren, give them hugs and sit them on my knee for stories ππ
I for one would like to thank NHS, Drs, Nurses, Army and the many volunteers who have done a tremendous job having vaccinated over one and half million people ππππππππ Peg Xxxx

So pleased for you. I am going for my jab tomorrow morning, happy and nervous at the same time. Hope I don't get a reaction but have paracetamol ready just in case. Like you I think the NHS and all involved in the roll out have done an excellent job and I applaud them all. Hope all goes well for you.
