Yes it's my birthday, on the shortest day of the year. My granddaughter made me a cake and left it on the doorstep. Shes 10....delicious cake. My GP rang for a chat and catch up and said not to eat too much cake as my hba1c is up. Anyway had quite a nice day under the circumstances
