Cramping can result (my experience) in the extremities with ventolin use 3-4 times daily and also from formeterol fumerate (which may be included in one of your dual purpose inhalers.
I have oxis turbohaler (formeterol fumerate) which is a 12 hour bronchodilater I can only use this one dose daily, 2 doses gives me excessive cramps.
poor grip in my own experience comes from osteoarthrities, you can get hand exercise items to help with this.
Chat with your doctor about your symptoms.
Cramp can also be caused by dehydration so be sure you are drinking plenty of water each day to stay hydrated.

Thank you I will. try my GP but since lock down has become harder to see
Yes but do request a telephone appointment.
Cramps as Bkin as rightly said it can be a side effect of some inhalers. Poor grip can be due to a number of issues and the safest advice would be to see your GP.
Hi . Yes , I get cramp in my hands and feet , though not so bad lately. The medications are to blame as far as I know . 🤔
yes i get hand cramp too im relieved to see others get it too and its not just me, i also get neck cramp so i guess its all related
I agree with albuterol inhaler possibly contributing. Abnormal thyroid functioning might also cause this and is worth checking since thyroid supports all body systems.
