I don't go out a lot at the moment as you can imagine but when I do especially on public transport I change my breathing pattern.

In through the nose and gently out the mouth.

With the glasses sitting on the edge of the mask over the nose.

I find I can do the journey fairly comfortably.

I know others have more serious breathing problems but it works for me.
