Hi sorry you are struggling with this, have you phoned your GP or nurse, I would certainly do that as they can give you the advice you need. Please let us know how you are doing, have a lovely day and stay safe 😊 Bernadette xx xx 🌈

Is there any way you can contact your respiratory team?

Or do you have any access to a helpline.

If not you need to contact your GP or 111.

You can do 111 online if you prefer.

I have been struggling, rang rheumatology helpline. Cutting a long story short.,I had a phone consultation with rheumatologist, yesterday.she has put my steroids up and has generally set my mind at rest.

Take care.

I honestly think I need nebulizer again but dont like to ring 111 n put people out as they have enough on but think I'm going to have to my cough is really raspy if that's the word for it and they say I've had too many steroids over this last year I'm still trying to get through to docs

That’s what 111 are for.

Try doing the 111 online assessment.

I used it in March.

It’s a bit fiddly,zBut at the end there’s a box to tick to speak to a nurse or dr.PLEASEtick it then wait

I've been breathless on the slightest movement but with good oxygen levels for quite a while. In my case it's because although a large part of my lungs are damaged the bit that isn't affected by the disease works well. My haemoglobin levels are good so that helps too.

Obviously your lungs and mine are likely to be different but this might help to explain what my consultant calls an unusual result.

At least you are in the right place. Hope they sort stuff out xx

possible, chest infection, airways narrowed because of irritants in the air (use reliever inhaler), your inhaler medicine is empty, (check and replace).

Hope you are feeling better soon .

Sounds like a virus or chest infection. I get this often a 5 day course of antibiotics usually clears it up. I'm shielding haven't been anywhere in 8 weeks yet have a chest infection now. I'm also on oxygen.

sorry you are struggling. Could it be a pollen/grass allergy as the weather has been so warm but also windy (pollen carrier). Try blowing your nose as often as possible or try some anti allergy nose drops but do drink plenty of liquids - plain water is best - to keep yourself hydrated.

I have put on a bit of cuddle weight since lockdown and I am unable to exercise due to sciatica (16 month duration - agony) and a bad hip but despite these complications have found myself being breathless and coughing on occasion and am pretty certain it's the extra cuddle weight. At least before I was able to go for short walks albeit with two sticks and an hour to spare which helped with the weight.

Wish you better soon., xxxx
