Hi hope you are all still (relatively) sane ð€ªand keeping cheerful out there in HU land.
Called the BT technical fault number this morning as the line at my 90 year old aunts had gone dead overnight, after trying a second phone.
Man I spoke to asked if my aunt had received a letter, stating that she was in the at risk/shielding group if so they could not enter the property.
Fortunately she hasn't and gave her an urgent appointment for Saturday morning, due to the Bank Holiday tomorrow, promising the engineer would self distance follow the hygiene procedures and clear up after his self.
I am sure that you all have a mobile or some other standby back up.
Just thought I'd mention it.
