Try eating smaller meals and eating more often. Eat easily digested foods such as soups and stews rather than dry baked and fried foods which are less digestible. Avoid drinking too much while eating to reduce the load on the stomach, but ensure you still drink about 2 litres fluids over the course of each day. Milk is a good food if you can tolerate it (not all lungies can), and eggs are a good source of lots of nutrients and quick to cook. Hope this helps.

I too have had this problem, adding, some thick and easy helps very much to, a drink.

Apparently the stomach can push up on the diagphram which affects lungs - so that might be the issue - so the eat smaller meals sounds logical. But your Dr is best in case they can tell you something else.
