I feel the same, it’s SO frustrating not having the young ones around. Mine live quite a way away, but I hear they’re working on rainbows for our windows....be quick mr/miss postie 💕

I wish for my GG Granddaughters to be left with me. As you know They live in Spain and I can't Fly, So, I take Joy in your Post Dear SB. I Wish Every Grandparent the Happiness that will Rush at them after Lockdown. XXXX

Sadly both my wife and I are shielding. I have tried desperately to find a way to safely sneak the children to us. Due to their mother being a key worker it is impossible to find a way to isolate them before they come to us.

Yes, my daughter a key worker too. Very worrying. She continued as a physio, albeit by phone and video, at the moment but she’s been warned she’ll be on the wards next, where she hasn’t been for almost 20 years, if only to relieve the staff currently on wards, to let them move forward to the front line. Sounds the right thing but very worrying for Mums!!

Oh I can’t wait to see my grandchildren especially the new grandson who is 2 weeks old and I haven’t even held him. Wish this damn virus would do one now and go.

I can see some of mine quite often as they live just down the rd, yesterday Gracie came with her mum and stood at the bottom of the drive and I stood at the door to talk to them. When it was time to go Gracie said ‘ but I want to kiss grandma’ it was heartbreaking. I told her when this is all over well have a big garden party and lots of cuddles and kisses. Let’s hope it’s not too long. X
