Can't upload picture jokes or video

Is there anyone who can help me, I have some good picture jokes & a brilliant video but can't seem to upload them . Anyone got any advice, got them from What's App. Think problem is my signal keeps disappearing. Thanks, Chris

Yep, trouble at t'mill, I cannot put up a photo.

I expect it will come right if it's a glitch unless its as Hacienda suggests, it's by design
