Hi everybody, hope we are all as well as can be. I got the following link from another organisation I subscribe to. Very interesting and informative. Mark Mangus has been a mine of information and guidance to me for quite some time.

Hi , thank you for the link....I will watch it in installments.

I have watches the first part about diaphragmatic breathing not upper chest ...I remember in school being taught "drill" standing like rows of 5 year old soldiers....hold your stomach in, stand up straight and take deep breaths...impossible!

I look forward to watching the next part

Very interesting, it's given me a whole lot of questions to ask my GP, if I can get him to tear himself away from looking at his PC screen, I'm convinced he is playing solitaire or similar during my visits !!

Really helpful info on melds and the order in which to take them for maximum benefit. Never been told this and will definitely be giving it a go. Thanks for the link. Please could you tell me how to access the other webinars they mentioned?

I'm not sure what is more colourful, the poster or the doc's tattoos; or is the latter a copy of the former?

In the video he talks about another video on exercise and I just wondered if you would have the link to his website as I would like to listen or watch that video as well as I enjoyed this one.

Thanks again for posting it.

But if a pulmonary rehab program is available I do believe that is the way to go.

Do you have a url for the entire series of webinars, as that would be great.
