You are pre - empting Don and as usual youve hit the nail on the head. As a former girl guide I say... Be prepared!
I have only just read your former post about your fall. I must have missed that one. How are you feeling now? I know you make light of things but it must have been a shock to your system. Did you have a bad dream or something, to make you jump out of your chair like that? I know when I have a nap sometimes I suddenly wake up and it takes time to come to and remember where I am
It's too cold to do anything in the garden today so I may transplant some little ones into bigger pots. I'll do it in the kitchen as the greenhouse is in a bit of a mess.
Do you grow anything Don? I remember you saying you had a long garden.
Glad you feel up to writing a few gems for us to enjoy. Take care.
I fell out of my recliner just before eight o'clock when I remembered about the clapping planned to go on in our front gardens in appreciation of NHS and other workers. I just finished up giving myself a round of applause. π
Lovely Don. Just read a reminder on facebook. Said "Don't forget to put your clocks on an hour. Don't want to be late getting up to sit in your lounge"
Apt but sad.
Keep safe.
I just worked out we have exactly 1,907hrs & 30mins of our 12week isolation left! Clocks springing forward gets rid of one of those hours so thanks for reminding us of that xxx
Boy, that sounds like a long time even with one hour off. Have already had enough of being confined to barracks even though it is better safe than sorry.
Me too! Itβs doing my head in already and I donβt live alone, and have a nice garden, so am luckier than many. Times like this I wish I was a drinker π
Already had my fan out this week in a room that was too hot with the very nice weather. It's back in the cupboard today - blooming cold again! Hope you haven't tempted fate for it to be a cool, wet summer.
