I would use tee tree oil, a spot on the touge would sort it for me, however I would not give it to someone else, you have to take on the responsibility, especially if you have astma.
Please help. I've had brochiectasis for 20 years. Worse now. 45 minutes drainage 3 times a day. But WHY for the first 20 minutes nothing is drained. It only starts happening after that time.
Have you being doing less exercise so that your cardiovascular movement is down? (e.g. through self isolation/social distancing?
Do you have more central heating on, to dry out?
Are you drinking less fluid?
