Hi, hope your all taking care, advice please.....being at high risk, I have a dog, would you think it's ok to take him 200 yards away from my home in the park for 30 mins when it's late, dark & empty?

Don’t know about dark and empty. Are you an early riser? Perhaps very early in the morning would be a better idea if you do.

Take your dog for a walk early or later but not in the dark. Stay 2 metres away from anyone you might see. Stay safe. Xxxx

Because you don’t know who’s out there. These are strange times so take care xxxx

As long as you are very careful of idiotic people who try to walk close to you I'm sure you'll be fine.

I’d take him for a walk when it’s sunny & warm! No risk to you or anyone else if you stay 2m clear of others. Exercise is so crucial to our lung health.

Lot of lonely walks where we walk our dogs but I wouldn't go alone. I'd stick to where there are some houses.

so is it really safe to go out alone with my dog for a walk in lonely places even though they say stay in doors as we are a high risk? confused!!!

Hi I've just received word yesterday that I'm high risk and to stay indoors it's very hard when we have dog as they love to go out as I do. Have you a garden where your dog could go out. Is your dog a little dog .To be honest I'd be frightened to go out when I'm high risk as I wouldn't like to endanger myself. I would try and wait till this is over and I can take them out again. Hope this help you. stay safe.😊x
