I'm in NZ. As of Friday all those with conditions and ages over 70 were told to self isolate and today the whole country is self isolating apart from visits to supermarket, doctor and pharmacy. If you have community transmission there's no way I'd be doing anything but self isolate.

If you are at high risk do not go to the stores yourself. Ask a less high risk person or service or if you can home delivery. The hours for those more at risk have been heaving here in the UK
