Hi everyone. I have Bronchiectasis and am fir and keeping isolated. My daughter has asthma and is a primary school teacher. She is going in to school one day a week. Should she?
School teacher: Hi everyone. I have... - Lung Conditions C...

No she shouldn`t has she got her letter from Government as a most vulnerable person ?
Asthma a a serious respiratory problem.
Asthma can kill at any time ...if a serious attack unlike eg COPD although COPD is a chronic condition that worsens over time and could .....eventually kill at some time in the future.
The Asthma is a more immediate health issue.
If she has her letter all she needs to do is refer to the section....
6. Financial assistance
And I quote " This letter is evidence for your employer to show that you cannot work outside the home. You do not need to get a separate (sick note in England) (fit note in Scotland) from your GP.
As a salaried Teacher your daughter should be able to claim 80% of her average wage up to a maximum of £2,500 a month under the government "Furlough scheme".
Hope this helps
Please do let me know how you get on wont you
Regards and Stay Safe

Hello! I believe that school teachers are no longer needed, because nowadays there are a huge number of online learning opportunities.
I believe that studying online is much more convenient and effective than studying at school/university/college.
I switched to the online training format a long time ago and was very pleased. I started doing with online tutors on studymind.co.uk/
They help me with subjects that I have problems with.
