Hi - I had Pleurisy a number of years ago, does this put me at a higher risk of Covid-19 or would it have a greater impact to me if I caught it

I'm just getting over pleurisy (3 weeks diagnosed) I have gold stage emphysema and bronchiectasis plus a hole in my heart I wont go into all the medical terms but surely you know the severity of this nasty virus that's going on now?
