Anyone currently suffering from the flu?

Anyone have any ideas to ease weakness and dry mouth?! I got the flu yesterday well the brunt of it whole body aches and headaches just want to sleep all the time but the aching is seeming harder to cope with!

Drink plenty of water and paracetamol MY Lung Doctor Told Me if wake up with dry mouth in night have sip of salty water

Sorry Yr not well since I've been poorly I've had flavoured sparkling water next to my bed from aldi it's lovely just to have a sip 1st thing on a morn the fizz is so refreshing and it's handy to have with my tablets also and have u tried the 'breatheasy' lemsips I find them in savers and they do taste slightly weird but they do help a bit. But a bath I know it hard work but it is a nice felling afterwards.

I’m currently on lansoprazole so not sure what I can take for this flu it’s so frustrating! But thank you xx
