Waking up breathless

New I am waking up breathless with a headache any advice relatively new occurrence and scary do I discuss with dr/nurse a little tearful this morning

Yes, suggest you see your nurse with any new problem. Likely she will refer to GP if necessary.

Speak to your GP I suffered from the same and was diagnosed after a sleep study with sleep apnea. Not saying that you might have this, just it’s worth seeing your doctor. Take care x

After all your Research, No wonder you have a Headache Hun, Breathless, is par of the course as we all know. If it continues you must Phone your Respiratory Nurse. . Emily61 - see your respiratory nurse or GP. You might benefit by using a long acting bronchodilator taken in the evening. Other measures that might help is keeping the bedroom at an even temperature and using an extra pillow. If you have a pulse oximeter it might help to take some readings as it might assist the medical staff to give you the correct treatment.

I have let her know and she said they are keeping her in tonight but should be home tomorrow. Blood test shows infection

Hi had a rough night not sure I will be discharged today. Will speak soon thank you for your concern. Had no sleep at all breathless worn out and a bit scared
