Today I had my blood test

The blood flowed everywhere

Patients coming in the place

Were sliding down the stairs

They tried to close the hole up

But they could not stem the flow

They filled a bucket with it

Then pleaded me to go

Thank you Cap'n - too ill to have chemo this week - will be spending next few days in bed due to bronchiectasis exacerbation - hopefully will be well enough to get some results for the CT scans next week x

Good afternoon Mr.D and so glad they managed to leave enough blood in your body,for you to get home! I think you were very brave because if it was me,i'd of fainted at the sight of so much blood 😵😖😪😫!!!

Settle yourself down with dear Midge and put your feet up and rest(with a strong cuppa,or something stronger). 💞

For anyone with army experience were you stood in line with your hand on your hip and the medical orderly came round with a man-size syringe jabbing as he walked down the line, the modern blood test is a piece of cake. 😉💉🩸🩸

Don,in the mrs in the army which is what they called the medical centre one was normally asked to roll over in bed and proffer ones buttocks for the routine shot of the day.
