Autumn equinox

Autumn has officially arrived, well at 08.50 this morning . (I assumed by our weather it had arrived last month ) so I for one will rejoice, I love the fact it isnt as hot even though I do love a sunny garden , the air has movement so no " dead air",once again oxygen to me has the consistency of soup, I can wear comfortouble clothes a size to big to ease my breathing and not look like a charity case lol ,and as always in october ( as,in february) its holiday time ,🍺🍽🎶 ( I do miss not being able to dance anymore though) ,

For those who dislike the cold weather stay warm keep taking the meds and spring will soon be along , have a good easy breathing day everyone

I love the cooler, clearer air but hate the dark mornings & short days 🌚

Theres a downside to everything but breathing easy is a definite plus for us all

Absolutely! Breathing vital, everything else mere detail.

On another note soulboy, are you still doing Tai Chi?

Yes , every wednesday and gentle excercise on a friday ,hard work but very beneficial

Oh well done 👍

On the strength of your recommendation I signed up for TC also. I m not finding it that comfortable though - it runs straight after the exercise class so maybe it’s too much for one afternoon initially.

We can only do what we can PP, I couldnt do a Tc class right after an excercise class but we all know our limits, I will say the more we do the easier it becomes but it's no good exercising then being done in for days afterwards , I did find getting breathless during excercise classes has helped during attacks of dyspnea and getting them back under control , good luck with your classes

I'm afraid I disagree I dread the winter the dark the cold and everything about it.....I go in deep depression. Dont get me wrong I'm not a fan of the heatwaves but living in Britain can't say we get many of them. No give me the lovely long daylight days of summer anytime.

We all love cool summer evenings and I do understand your aversion to winter , I just like winter for the feeling that theres more oxygen in the air
