My pulmonologist referred me to Hospice after having pneumonia and being hospitalized for 8 days. PFT showed lungs only had 24%. She ordered budesonide and brovana nebulizer treatments, and I was also on creon and budesonide and sulfasalazine for for infectious bowel disease , and the combination has made me much better. I'm on oxygen 24 hrs. a day, but I'm rarely SOB now. Don't know if I"m really that much better or if it's just wishful thinking.

Well both are important. The relevant thing though is that you feel somewhat better. I love your name. x
Hi jawwalker01 . 👋😁
I always take the good days and make the most of them, regardless of it I think they will last or not. I always call them my "bouncy days". Just take everything in your stride. I am pleased you feel better. Take good care of yourself.

My husband had the same experience , he now goes to a hospice and they are wonderful , he goes to their day patient group and chair exercise class and loves it .
I am pleased you are feeling better. Pneumonia is a miserable thing to be dealing with. Your consultant seems to be sorting things out for you.
So good your are feeling better
