Had a great time on the ice today, 3 hour skate and even learning some new jumps, salchow, cherry flip and stag jump (get me lol)... But pleased to say no breathlessness....combination of getting fitter and new inhaler....happy days 😄

Brilliant news, i’m on that too, glad it’s working for you. Does seem pretty good, i have this weird throat (feels cold) so no ice skating for me.

I think Spiolto is amazingly effective and I’m glad you’re getting the benefit. It proved ‘too’ effective for me and I couldn’t tolerate it at all but I wish I had been able to x

Spiolto is this a new inhaler is it good for copd. They just put me on foster and om not sure about it. So trying to see what's out there before I see my consultant next week

Hi, I don't know if it is new... I have only ever had incruse illipter before, which I felt clogged my lungs, it was a powder inhaler. When I mentioned this to my new consultant, he gave me Spoilto restimat, and it has made a world of difference. Good luck with your consultant xx
