i literally dont feel like im ever gonna be able to be happy and enjoy life anymore😭😭 im constantly thinking its something bad ive had bloods,spirometry,chest xray i cant even take my mind of it constantly on like or pages if i see someone has the symptoms i am that’s it im worrying even more..this tightness is something..something bad😭😭 im 22 and not enjoying anything because in my eyes everything i do is bad for me😭😭

You need to visit your GP and discuss your fears and worries with them. As someone who suffers with Bipolar Disorder it is quite clear to me that you are suffering from depression and from reading previous posts of yours that you also suffer with severe anxiety. All in all to me at least it is quite obvious that you have issues with your mental health that need addressing.

Hi Shannon. It sounds to me like you have pretty severe anxiety that's really affecting your life. Have you brought this up with anyone such as your GP? As a lifelong sufferer of anxiety, I can sympathise hugely and can vouch for the fact that it really can cause genuine physical symptoms. I really do think you might be best pursuing help for the anxiety and not any physical disease but, of course, that's only my opinion and I don't know all the details. I wish you a big reassuring hug and lots of luck.

I have to agree with the others. Your posts really belong on an anxiety site and not on here. Get help for your health anxiety and you will find most of your issues resolve themselves.

Are you able to breath o.k.? I thought you had copd or something like that...but I don't know. So what is it , what is making you feel this way?
