Sleepless night!

What a horrible sticky humid night feel like I haven't slept at all despite fan on full blast. Soon as this weather hits my breathing suffers spent part of the night in the garden until it started raining then downstairs the coolest place in the house. Rant over looking forward to fresh air and sunshine.

We had the windows open and there was some fresh air. Very humid but had rain.

[Hacienda]

I now have an Air Purifier(emits silent Breeze) in The Bedroom along side an Aloe Vera Plant, helps even with my Oxygen On all night. Yesterday was the worst for Humidity, my Monitor read 90, Had my oxygen on most of the Day including my hour at Exercise class, Couldn't muster up much limb movements. Heavy Rain during the Night and the reading hasn't dropped much now at 87. So have to Plan the rest of the day with the high Humidity and How best to Breathe. I shall Get There. Hope you are feeling better This Morning. XXXX

Hi just feel drained like you say just got to do the best you can to keep cool my sats were 89 in the night now hovering around 91.Hope you have a comfortable day best wishesx

Hi soul-123 . Humidity definitely hampers breathing. Awful. We are now at around 65% humidity in Japan. By July /August it will hit 80% upwards. Almost every house has air conditioners or it's just too uncomfortable. I hope you get Sun and less humidity very soon. Take good care. xx 👋😁
