A friend of mine worked nights for decades until this year. She worked 5 nights a week but at weekends would be up during the day to be with her family. I don't know how she did it! So I have some small understanding of how it must be for you. I hope you'll be able to get some sleep and get back in to a sleep pattern, or at least not feel too tired. β
Coffee, having done the night shift stuff, albeit at a tender age when it was easier for my body to adjust i know just how you feel so i hope a breath of fresh air and a better sleep tonight will rid you of the jet lag until the next stint...
When I was very, very young π I worked night shifts at a posh hotel. I saw things I wish I could unsee now π . I hope you are asleep now Coffee_queen . xx π΄
I'm wide awake due to me being silly - After being out and about all day I made big mistake of sitting on sofa... Yip next thing I knew it was 21.30pm I slept for just under 3hours π³ Ah well it's done now so no point moaning . Hope your doing ok xx
