Asthma/ coughing

The past week or so my asthma has been quite bad and I have been coughing a lot. This morning I woke up and coughed up up small blood clots and then when I would spit from brushing my teeth blood clots would appear again. Has anyone ever experienced this as I’m not sure what to do.

I would advise you to ring your health professional....there could be many reasons for coughing up blood.

You may have a chest infection. But I can't see blood coming up by brushing your teeth. Maybe it's a dentist you need. Try some corsadyl for a week or so and brush gently or not at all for a few days. Just rinse your mouth instead
