Thank you, I am a bit better thank you just waiting for my appetite to return hope it won’t be long. Not a lot of energy at the moment but it’s early days and I am over the hill 80yrs old so got to be patient. Chalky2 Pauline

I was but now learned my sodium levels are down so drinking water makes it worse can’t win really

You could drink fluids with electrolytes in, they contain sodium. Sports shops sell them. I bought High 5 Zero tablets online that you dissolve in water. They taste quite nice too.

Oh no, better get that appetite back! Try some dioralyte to get your salts up.

Just an update on my pneumonia I can’t eat anything got no appetite and feeling sick all the time been like this for about a month and the weight is dropping off me doctor came in to see me on Friday and thinks an endoscopy should be done to see why this is happening and going on and on now finished antibiotics but no improvement with my digestion has any one else had the same thing chalky 2 Pauline

I wonder if the antibiotics have upset your digestion. I hope you are on the mend soon. It's good the Dr is on your case
