Pleura problems

Hello to all

I am a Swiss Texan and live in Switzerland. Texas was just too hot.

I joined to learn more about pleural effusion. I had the left upper lobe removed with a tumor in Nov last year. Since then I have had about 800 ml of water removed twice. I am now going through chemo and it seems that the chemo is causing there to be no more water, but it is a bit more painful than before.

Does anyone have experience with controlling pain in the pleura?

Thanks for reading this and I look forward to hearing from you.
