Good result on my PIP assesment , I recieved notificatoon today that I have been awarded the same rates as I was on on my DLA , the home assesment was carried out by a lovely lady ( who is a paramedic) who knew her business so to speak
I hope anyone who has an upcoming assesment all the luck in the world .

Thanks sassy , the DWP can make u feel like your doing something underhand claiming for what your entitled to these days, I guess that ferling stems back from my youth when if people were on the dole they were all tarred with the same brush
Ha ha I bet you do.Its scary the power the DWP has over already vulnerable people's lives. If someone asked me to define a panic attack it would be the sight of a large brown envelope coming through my letterbox xx
Very pleasing to hear that you have maintained your status under the new scheme and although we should expect this to be the norm in reality we all know that it isn't so celebrations are most certainly recommended.
A bottle of good old riesling is currently chilling in the fridge as I type , unfortunately pans people have had to decline my invitation they are all having hip surgery or cant escape the care home lol
Glad that the decision went in your favour. Shows what a difference being assessed by a health care professional with knowledge and understanding makes.
Great news! I bet that's a weight off your mind. Isnt it weird, we have to be in a dreadful condition to get the award but are pleased when we get the news. Do you think this pip is an example of the ... weve got some good news and some bad news?
Some advice, dont go squandering your money on frivolous things like a warm comfortable home, decent food and kit that makes your life a little easier.
