Chest Pain from Gardening?

I've got never ending chest pain and shortness of breath for the last 7 days. It started 7 days ago when I was gardening and breathed in a dust cloud that was coming from the dry soil I was raking. The first night after exposure, I was coughing up mucus. Although the coughing stopped later on. The chest pain gets worse with exercise and radiates to my shoulders and arms. And also worsens with deep breathing or movement.

I'm very perplexed. I'm in my mid twenties and never got these symptoms before breathing in the dust cloud. What could this be?

Hi you need to see a doctor asap. We can't possibly diagnose you on here as we are not professionals and there could be many causes of this. Why not call 111 and see what they say? x

I agree with hypercat, a chat with your doctor, or 111 if you can't get an appointment, is advised.

Regards,

Biddy
