What a Palavar of getting back into HU

Has anyone else had the same problem ? It wouldn't accept my HU Password. Had to reset everything. Good job I have everything written Down, can't rely on Memory.

What a relief you were able to get back in. I haven't had that problem 🤞 but each time I read of the various problems like not being able to reply it worries me a lot! Welcome back 😌

Hi

I would contact HU, Mention your device, operating system and browser name. They may be unaware of any problem, which could be linked to your browser.

They had the same issue with the Safari browser, last week which they fixed on Friday.

They appear to be making lots of changes which seems to create problems for some users.

Yes there are definite issues with the latest iPad app. Never had a problem logging in but unless I open notifications first I end up searching for the BLF community

Glad you posted that about safari stone

Was having terrible problems last week on my I pad .

Couldn't post.... reply like etc .

Trouble going on chat etc .

Old posts coming up after a new one etc instead of same day posts.

Suddenly all went ok this week and working fine.

Read on other HU forums people having same or similar problems.

Thought it was my I pad packing in so thanks for posting.

Someone else on here was not able to reply too she posted about it somewhere maybe she will see this too.

My daily ritual for HU is

Tap app

Select notifications

Click on any notice

Click on back arrow

Select groups

Click on on BLF

Then all being well everything works as it should. Shouldn’t have to be that way. The app was fine until they updated it

My app works fine on my Phone. I had the problem on my Computer which I think the Problem was Google. Thanks Mike.

I got back in about 10 minutes ago after re setting. and now playing catch up changed broad band and phone line when moving a month ago and only just gone live. Been missing my morning e mails.
